Experience
Caitlin Stephan first joined Schwartz, Fotopoulos & Green in 2025 as a law clerk and was hired as an Associate Attorney after being admitted to the Illinois State Bar. She represents victims for injuries arising from medical malpractice, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, products liability and other personal injury claims.
Caitlin received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law. While attending law school, Caitlin interned at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office and for the Honorable Judge Maura McMahon Zeller. She also competed on Loyola’s nationally ranked Trial Team.
Caitlin grew up in Madison, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where she majored in Sociology of Law, Criminology, & Deviance.
